Maria's Calorie Count!

Hello everyone!

I have decided to start a diary here as I feel it would be the best way for me to track calories. I have had a bad few weeks on the eating front and I just want to get back on track.

My scales unfortunately broke after I accidentally dropped them down stairs so I will post stats when I get a new set.

Thank you for reading :) I hope everyone is doing well.

(Hopefully this posts okay as I'm using my BBerry)

Haha lindseydodd408 I am starting to think it was a subconscious attempt to get rid of my scales once and for all.

Today wasn't the best as far as eating healthy goes but I still managed to maintain around/under 1000 calories. I really need to add some more fruit and veggies to my diet.
Today's Intake:

Frozen Yoghurt (I know it was a bad choice) - 220
1 x Ryvitta Crispbread - 32
1 x Spicy Lentil Cupa-soup - 56
WW Spag Bol Frozen Meal - 306
1 x Small apple - 55
Bowl Of Porridge (made with water) - 183

Later I will have a Muilerlight yoghurt - 100 calories
Total Intake - 952 calories.

Hope everyone is okay.
