I did Cambridge too 2 years ago...I am also doing the lifestyle plan and enjoying having a meal everyday.
I started at 14.1(my heaviest) after pregnancy, my daughter was stillborn at 41weeks. I am trying to get off as much weight as possible for my next pregnancy. My goal was to get two stones of before trying again and I am only 1lb away from that..Anything extra is a bonus as we have started trying again so will keep going till I get the good news...and will try to not gain to much during pregnancy this time round.
Ideally I would LOVE to get to the 10s...
Your holidays are not till next year and by the if you stick to plan you will likely have lost 3st+ and you will be sliding into those snug plane seats.
Getting through the 1st week is the most difficult ...once your body hits ketosis your will be A.O.K
You will love the numbers dropping...it a great feeling
