    Friday 5th November

    Free food.

    Pasta, peppers, onion, mushrooms, noodles.

    H.E.B

    Weetabix, 71g minced beef cooked.

    H.E.A

    Semi skimmed milk 250ml, 28g cheese.

    Syns.

    Pasta in sauce, cheese and broccoli. 0.5
    Dairy milk x 2 - 11
    Olive oil - 2

    Saturday 6th Novemer.

    Had a really good day right up until I got home..... : ( will try harder tommorow...onwards and upwards..... :) or down wards weight wise :)

    Had another bad day yesterday . Didn't try hard enough . . :( really dont want to get into a downward spiral again!

    FREE FOOD:
    Leeks, chicken, minced turkey, courgette, carrots, onion, stock cubes, green beans, mashed potato, sugar free jelly sweets, frappuccino icecream

    SYNS:
    Cheese cake mullerlite, 1/2
    teaspoon of cornflour, 1/2
    stir free jelly, 1.5
    Cadbury dairy milk. 5.5
    frisps 7

    HEALTHY EXTRAS:
    milk semi skimmed 250ml. A
    28g instant hot oats. B

    28g porridge oats
    250ml semi skimmed milk

    Lunch:

    chicken soup (chicken breast, carrot, onion, leek, red pepper)
