This is my first day on SW - back after i lost alot with it a few years ago and have spent the time since then on various other diets losing and gaining the same stone (and now have gained more than a stone :cry
Anyhow - I would welcome thoughts or suggestions on my food diary below.

Breakfast
2 x Alpen Light Bars (HEB)
Banana
Mid Morning
Apple
Lunch
Cous Cous with onion, celary, red pepper, cucumer and tomoato.
Hard boiled egg
Cold poached salmon
Activia Fat Free Cherry Yogurt
Mid Afternoon
Apple
Dinner
Pasta with Laughing Cow triangles (HEA), tinned sweetcorn, onions and what ever else veg takes my fancy. Might put what is rest of the poached salmon through it as well.
Evening
Fruit salad made with pineapple, grapes, banana
Carrots and Celary sticks
