Hi everyone,
I am trying to work out what will work best for me.
When adding veg etc does anyone know the maximum amount of carbs we are allowed? I know everyone is different but I can't find my sheet from slim and save and Im not even sure it mentioned it on there now. I need to join their meal planner and work it out -too lazy- anyone know off the top of their head? 50 - 70 rings a bell
