Hi all, just been to my first class. Weight was exactly what i though it would be so next week im hoping for a loss of 2-3lb. The zumba was amazing...I've never done it before!

Can't wait till next week now

I'm not hugely impressed with that, but we did have a very lovely lunch midweek, at Carluccio's.And Starbucks on Friday. And I've maybe not exercised as much as I should.

Thanks for doing the maths Rach! 6 and 3/4 lbs left makes me wish I hadn't just eaten that chocolate fairy cake!....c'mon, how much difference can one fairy cake make...

My other wi tomorrow, for the plan I started following last Saturday.

Think I'll go for another walk, get rid of that fairy cake :whistle:
 
3 more lbs off. 9 altogether. Feeling a bit deflated ATM. Not that I'm unhappy with how much I've lost, just seem to be a bit down in general
 
Only 1lb off but happy with that as very bad week for me, hit in car Monday after WI and then down drs and now on tablets and my car is written off and I have only had it 4 weeks arrrhhh!!! SO back to search for another car.....

This weeks wi = 11 stone 4 1/4 lbs which isn't great really. Think I need to boost the exercise, but it's tricky to fit in with revision
