but.... lol
I was wondering, if you cook a recipe that calls for some sort of fat, like butter/marg, would i be unable to eat it as its over the 5g rule? I'm looking at a Potato, leek and bacon recipe (would remove fat off bacon) but it calls for 25g butter. It states that per serving, its 5g fat. So would i be able to have it?

I have been wondering for a while about this. If you broke down a ready meal for example, there are things in it that may be a no-no when eating it alone, but is ok in a recipe.

I hope i am making sense! its hard to get out what i mean in typing! lol

Personally I wouldn't use it... only because I decided not to have anything at all like it. But if your willing to give it a go. Then go for it.

I use fry light all the time. and I don't think anyone has had any problems at all with it.
