Meal Bars

Just a quick question - does having a meal bar per day slow down the rate at which u loose weight on the VLCD? Any advice ?? x
 
I think everyone is different but as you can only have one each day there's a chance that could slow things down.
 
Not 100% certain but as my losses have slowed right down I'm cutting out my beloved lunchtime bar to see if it has any effect. They've never kicked me out of ketosis tho
 
Having more than 2 a week does affect my losses :( Everyone is different though and you have to find what works for you personally x
