was looking through this month mag for inspiration and seen a recipepe for low fat spaghetti carbonara (pg8). looked up sw directiory and seen the creme fraishe is 3 syns per 28g . but i thought the creme fraishe was free on the plan . please help thanks in advance xxx

No sorry creme fraiche is not syn free.
Only fat-free fromage frais, natural yoghurt and quark.

I think it's fromage frais that's free not creme fraishe, I always get the two mixed up aswell lol
