hi guys out with ones from work on tuesday nights, which things would b best to choose for starter and main course, thanks

Hey

To start - I would have the prawn cocktail and ask for the sauce on the side.
Main - I'd either have steak or gammon with baby new potatoes of the king prawn stir fry! Or even the fillet of sea bass or salmon.

thank u, i suppose i cud have either mash or champ too and count few syns for butter and milk?

Yeah - though It will probably be quite high syn wise!!! There is also baked potato, so that'll be fine, just ask for butter on the side! x

If you like fish there's a fillet of seabass? As it comes with salsa it would be pretty good syn wise. And you have a choice of side, so you could get new potatoes to avoid the mash
