Food isn't my friend atm. The pills from the doc make me feel sick, so not eaten as much this week, and when I have it's been off plan to a large part. STS at group so need to be really good this week!

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB1) with ss mike (HEA1)
Lunch: Jacket potato, beans and cheese (HEA2)
Dinner: Beans on toast HEB2

Boring and dull but it's all I can stomach until I get back to the docs and sort this out lol.

Least it's cheap!!! HEHE x

I'm doing extra easy. This is my plan for today so far:

28g porridge oats & 1 scan bran (HEB) cooked with water (I put the scan bran in with the oats) mixed with 1 muller lite vanilla when cooked and then a banana sliced on top.

Pasta salad from the current magazine with chicken added. (Pasta, sweetcorn, kidney beans, tomatoes, herbs, spring onions, also added celery and cucumber)
Apple, kiwi fruit and fat free yogurt.

I've got a chicken breast out for tea but haven't decided what to do with it yet but I am having it with the courgette couscous left over from doing the spicy pork recipe out of the current magazine.

I'm also having 350 ml skimmed milk for teas & coffees HEA

Baked beans cant be used as a HEXB can they?

L - Savory Rice
D - Baked beans, Quorn sausages and mash potato

I'm having

Fresh Pineapple chunks in Apricot Mullerlight (brek)
Mugshot cheesy pasta and Cherry Mullerlight (lunch)
Chilli Con Carne and Rice, sprinkled wiith cheese (Dinner)

Oooo are they free on red too? xx

Never knew they were free on red days too.......!?

They're not! Just checked!

OMG I AM A TOTAL PLONKER!!!

Good job I don't eat them much on red days - not been syn-ing them.

Gah! Stupid me! Sorry!!!!

Alyce.... just a thought - why don't you do mix2max hun? Your snacks are all superfree. Your lunch is free on red and your dinner is free on green so you still get your 2 heB's to spend on something else. Maybe a bit of cheese for your chips or something?

I've looked over mix2match, but i cant get my head around it, cant doo green because i suffer with IBS and too many carbs send my poor stomach doolaly!
Love red, love meat!!!!!! :D

I may have a gander over mix2match again tonight and give it a go next week - that is if i can get to grips with it :) xx

Bless ya - I have IBS too so tend to avoid all the pasta and potatoes.

If this helps though Mix2Max is basically:-

3 meals a day. Choose a colour for each meal and stick to it for that meal. All snacks must be superfree (think fruit, veg, eggs, cottage cheese etc) and still have 1 or 2 HeA's and 2 HeB's.

So for example you could have:-

Bacon, mushrooms and eggs for breakfast (all free on red)
Quorn sausage and mashed potato for lunch (all free on green)
Chicken and veg for dinner (free on red)

Sorry - they're pretty rubbish examples but they're what came into my head first!

I sometimes do it when I'm eating out, when I've had a green brekkie and lunch but then decide I fancy steak for dinner. (of course extra easy does now suit eating out better in my opinion)

That does look good, thankyou for outlining it Katy, i always struggle to get my head around it too...
and Extra Easy for some reason... have got to try them... mmm baked potatoes and steak in the same day!! yummy! xx
