Measuring

Well I bit the bullet yesterday!! my bra has been hanging off me for the past few weeks and been very unsupportive to my ample bust (sorry for the guys out there), so off on my lunch yesterday to get measured..... I have gone from a 44D to a 36E (Jordan would be proud) and the twins are fully supported and I don't get black eyes when I am running on the treadmill!!!just a little update, so if you are concerned about being measured don't be, it is amazing what a properly supported bust can do for you... the difference it has made today!!*and for you blokies out there I won't be posting piccies sorry!!Love

Im going to need a new bra for my bazookas soon, but im nervous about having someone strange feeling them up

I dont think my cup size has changed, but Iv defo lost inches around my back

Can I ask, being a bit think, but why do you think your cup size went up and not down from a D up to an E?

Think I was wearing the wrong size, seem to have this mental block that anything bigger than a DD is not normal... but it is! very common.. I think people tend to go for what is comfortable not what their correct size is...

Don't worry about going, you just take your top off and they measure you under the bra you are wearing, then they help you on with your correct size, showing how you put them on and how you should wear them!!

was it marks and spencers?
i really need new bras but so concious of my fat
but bust is in need of a good uplift and as i cant afford sugery next best thing is a good bra

I went to Clays in Chester, which is a specialist lingerie shop, I would recommend a lingerie shop more than the high street, as I find that they fit alot more women!Tell u something, my bust is now uplifted and very comfortable! definately worth it!! Don't worry about your body, they have seen every shape and size, I felt self conscious at first and wasn't going to go but I am glad I did!!Love

Hi lots of big departments stores have specialist fitters in the lingerie dept, they will have lifted & measured more boobs than Peter Stringfellow!
I was mega embarrassed too but it's their job & trust them to fit you as sizes vary ( suprise suprise!!) from style/manufacturer. Odd I was embarrassed as I had my nipples pierced about ten years ago, by a bloke AND I breast-fed all three of my children. Hope you get sorted soon, the difference a good, well fitting bra makes is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!xxxxx
