I am going to sign up to online, but just getting some ideas in my head ATM (I don't get paid until Fri). With chicken can I have chicken on the bone on red days/extra easy (i.e. drumsticks) if I take the skin off before cooking? Also, if I roast a whole chicken, but take the skin off before eating it is that free on red days too? What about exta easy? Sorry, I'm a bit confused!
