I'm not really sure but would ask your GP for advice over your CDC on this.

Do they need to be taken with food? What are the side effects....?

If they need to be taken with food then I see no reason why you can't jut have a plus meal. If the side effects are something like depression, stomach ulcers then I would defo think twice about staying on the diet.

You health is far more important!

Speak to your GP or call NHS direct for advice.

If you've taken them before an not had any problems and they don't need to be taken with food then I shouldn't think they'll be a problem on CD. Maybe just 'keep an eye on yourself' while on it.

    Good luck.
