I'm feeling ill... So I got some lemsip type drink.

Will this affect my diet?

I'm going to take it anyway but I was wondering.

Lemsip only contains paracetamol so you'd be better off just taking paracetamol as lens up will probably contain citric acid which will possibly knock you out of ketosis ( of your in it)?

Hi both,

Actually, lemsip also contains a decongestant...that's why it's better than just paracetamol. I know this cos I have asthma and therefore can't take decongestants!!!

It might, it ha citric acid in it from the lemon flavoring. BUT, if you are feeling crappy and knowing me, feeling crappy = comfort eating then take it. Citric acid doesn't affect everyone.
