May 12th 2011, Green day.

Fibre plus bar (HEx B)

Coffee x 2 with splenda sweetener & dash of milk (1 syn).
3 x Ryvita sunflower seed & oat crispbreads (6 syns).
3 x Mini Babybel light (HEx A).
Muller light yogurt.
Apple
Half a Melon
Blueberries
Strawberries
1 can Baxters Mediterranean Tomato soup (HEx B)
250ml semi-skimmed milk (HEx A)
1 x Bourbon cream biscuit (3 syns).
1L water
Diet Coke
Total syns: 10
No body magic today, pretty active night at work though.

Friday 13th May (ooooohhhh lol) Green Day.
Well luckily nothing unlucky happened to me today, foodwise or otherwise!! Phew! Lol.
Eating today:
2 Quorn sausages
Baked beans
2 slices hovis nimble wholemeal 400g loaf (HEx B).
Half a Melon
Strawberries
Blueberries
Pear
2 bourbon cream biscuits (6 syns)
250 ml Semi-skimmed milk (HEx A)
20 cashew nuts (HEx B).
Apple.
Coffee with dash of milk & sweetener (1/2 syn).
1/2 Millionaire shortbread (not synned)
I have chosen only 1 HEx A today, as i don't fancy cheese this evening.
Also the 1/2 millionaire shortbread wasnt synned as this was a treat from our bootcamp leader lol.

It's raining cats & dogs here so no utdoor stuff for me today. I have a big stack of housework to do though, so that should clock up some bodymagic for me, then will maybe get a wee session at the gym tonight hopefully.

Hi megs! Hope your week is going well - certainly looks like from a food point of view! I was just catching up on your last few days and was thinking your days look like green days rather then extra easy as you haven't been having any meat. Have you thought of making them green and then you could have a couple more healthy extras? Hope you have a good day today! :)

Hi :)
I'm actually a vegetarian, so no meat or fish for me.
I always feel like i'm eating too much if i do Green days, so i always mix the week up with extra easy, so that way i am only eating half the Healthy Extras. Though maybe this means i am not eating enough? I'm not sure really, as i don't go to a group, i just do this by myself at home.
