Did my weigh-in today as i forgot yesterday. I had a STS which i'm pleased about because of the long weekend's eating :)
Here's today's food: June 10th, Green Day.
2 x Ryvita Fruit Crunch (HEx B)
250ml Semi-skimmed Milk (HEx A)
3 x Laughing Cow Light (HEx A)
2 x hovis wholemeal 800g loaf (57g for HEx B & 2.5 syns for the rest)
Banana
Apple
Muller light yogurt x 2
Half a melon
Strawberies
Weetabix Oaty Bar (3.5 syns)
Coffee x 2 with hex milk & splenda
Extra milk (1 syn)
Bourbon Cream biscuit (3syns)
1.5 L water
Diet Coke
Total syns: 10
Crosstrainer tomorrow!

Sleep is evading me this morning, so out of boredom heres June 11th food:

Green Day

250ml semi skimmed milk (hex a)
2 x ryvita fruit crunch (hex b)
2 x hovis wholemeal 800g (57g as hex b, then 2.5 syns for remainder).
57g philadelphia light (hex a)
Extra milk (1 syn)
Coffee x 2 (hex milk & splenda)
Banana
Apple
Half a melon
1L water
Muller light yogurt
Uncle bens long grain rice pouch (1 syn)
Baked beans
5 x Quorn chicken style dippers (2.5 syns)
Tesco no added sugar tropical fruit squash

Off for a few more hrs of zzzz before breakfast, Megs :)

Time to start prep for tomorrow's lunch & breakfast, it's been a rotton rainy day here, let's hope the sun makes an appearance soon :) Megs xo

Hi all Diaty readers (if there are any lol), i'm currently not posting diaries but i'm still following S.W & lost 3lbs last week :)
I am hoping to get my 10% award next week :)
I've reignited my exercise interest & am currently exercising 4times per week & feeling great!

2lb loss this week :)
My scales aren't the best either, but i have really accurate ones at work, so i've been using them.
 
Its a 1lb loss for me this week, not bad considering i was away for a long weekend (4 days).
Have been super good 2day & gym 2nite, so it's all good :-D
 
Ive made a few changes this week(have been having more syns) & am so pleased with the result (4lbs gone!) xxx
 
Been abit up & down, had a few hols & put weight on, but back on it for past few wks & 4lbs off this wk! V pleased :)
