    ate two bags of low fat crisps,
    had a piece of cheese too,
    erratic eating and a rubbish day,
    cant walk cos we have torrential rain.

    thankyou,think i have just bad case of miserablecowitis,
    things(foodwise)have been better today,
    have kept myself busy with some furious crochet.
