    Anybody have it? I bought one from eBay for £5 and had my first attempt yesterday. Easy to set up. What I liked most was being able to choose the area that you wanted to work on. I want for belly...very flabby! Legs and bum. It gave me half an hour workout which most of it I could do. A couple I struggled with, these were the push up based ones. I have always sucked at these! I built up a beetroot face and a reasonable amount of sweat! Unfortunately about ten minutes after I finished I was sick lol. I'm presuming it was shock. I'm feeling very sore today which in a way proves it is working the areas I wanted. I will aim to do this 3 times a week.
