Mels Food Diary (Newbie - feel free check!!)

Thursday 20th May Extra Easy

Breakfast: Porridge and berries Hexa and b ( i know i should vary this, but im loving it)

Snack: muller yoghurt with strawberry and pineapple (tasted weird so chucked half of it)

Lunch: pasta, olives, mayo, loads super free veg (2.5 syns)

Dinner: Three Colour Carbonara from family feast cook book

Pudding: strawberries with 12.5g spray cream (1)

Snack after gym: banana, muller yogurt with aplen light sprinkled on top (3)

Total Syns: 6.5
 
Friday 21st May Extra Easy

Breakfast: oats and berries (hex a and b)

Snack: Mullerlight, strawberries and pineapple

Lunch: left over carbonara adapted for lunch (mayo 1.5 syns)

snack: 1 rolo (1?), banana and mullerlight

Dinner: chicken egg fried rice (2)

Pudding: strawberries, grapes, pneapple and squirty cream (2)

Snack: banana, muller, alpen light crmbled on top (3)

2nd dinner (lol): kids size chicken that i stole from my child, no skin at harvester (i think this is free but i have extra syns just incase)

I have had a really munchy day today, but i have still stayed within my syns, had more yoghurt than i woukd have liked, but i forgot to use the natural yoghurt instead of the mullers.

My achievement of the day was going to the harvester with my friends and kids and not eating a meal. i just picked at the left over spitroast chicken. and was quite happy doing that!!

Saturday 22nd May - Green

Breakfast: Oats (hex b) and berries (half milk hex a)

Snack: banana, pineapple, strawberry, natural yohurt, alpen (half hex b)

Lunch: jacket potatoe, beans, cheese (other halg hex a plus full hex a)

Dinner: quiche with quorn bacon (3), beans sw chips Tomoto ketchup (2)

Pudding: fruit with muller yoghurt, alpen (hex b) and spray cream (2)

7 syns (and bloated!!)
 
Sunday 23rd May Extra Easy

Breakfast: Oats and berries (hex a & b)

After Gym Snack: banana and mullerlight

Lunch: tuna jacket potato with spring onions, Mayo (2.5) and green salad

Dinner: chicken shish (take away) (7.5 pitta and 1 for oil), sw chips, mushrooms, pepper, onion, mayo (2.5)

Pudding: pineapple, greek yoghurt, banana, alpen (3), cream spray (1)

Total Syns: 17.5 kinda oops - i chose to go over due to me feeling a bit miffed about weighing myself this morning and putting on a pound. however, i did go to the gym and did a good work out and had syns left over all week, so thought it wasnt the end of the world!!
 
Yes claire I think you do lol. I am a weigher addict!!

I'm always hopping on and off those damn things!! It's become like a ritual everytime i come out of the loo (because obvously going for a wee makes me lose 2 stone lol)
 
Monday 24th May - Extra Easy

Breakfast: oats and berries (hex a and b)

Snack: pineapple and mullerlight

Lunch: jacket with beans and salad

Snack: banana, natural yoghurt and alpen bar (3)

Dinner: roast chicken, sw roast potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower, 2 dry tbsp gravy granules (7) (mucked up with the gravy, thought it was 1 syn per dry tbsp then wondered why it was so thick and yummy when i put 2 tbsp into a little bit of water!! i thought id better check it!)

Pudding: pineapple, banana, muller and alpen (3)

Total 13 syns!! I was supposed to be cutting down...damn gravy!! (mind you, its the best dinner ive had in ages!!)
 
Tuesday 25th May - Extra Easy

Breakfast: magic porridge (muller and oats) Hex b and fruit

Snack: Pineapple and mullerlight

Lunch: left over roast chicken, speed veg, 2 tbsps mayo (1.5) and 14 olives (2)

Snack: Pineapple, natural yoghurt strawberries

Dinner: lean mince burgers in x2 slices nimble bread (6) with 42g reduced fat cheese (hex a) and 1 tbsp ketchup (1) and salad and fried mushrooms and onion (this sarnie was soooo yummy). served with SW roast potatoes and brocolli and cauliflower and 2 tbs ketchup (2)

Pudding (much later on lol) - pineapple and 25g spray cream (2)

Total Syns: 14.5

With a menu like this - How is this a diet!!! as mcdonalds would say 'i'm loving it'
 
Wednesday 26th May Extra Easy

Breakfast: Magic Porridge (with natural yoghurt) Hexb and fruit

Snack: pineapple, strawberries and mullerlight

Lunch: chicken pieces with mayo (1.5) and speed veg

Dinner: 3 colour carbonara and 42g reduced fat cheese (hexa)

Weig day today, so may treat myself after my gym session to something 'naughty' and use up the rest of my sins (mmmmm what to have)
