Dinner - 1 salmon fillet, 1 large 3 small canned new potates,1 pack baby sweetcorn, half courgette 2 tbsp ketchup 2
Snacks - yoghurt and banana, pineapple with alpen light crumbled on top 3
Drinks - diet coke, water, tea
Total syns= 5

Friday
Breakfast - oats, natural yoghurt, berries
Lunch - jacket, beans side salad
Dinner - steak, sw chips, 28g cheddar, red pepper, mushrooms, leeks - 2 tbsp ketchup 2
Snacks - 1 slice pizza (stolen from children - hangs head in shame) 8 - box mikado. banana, pinapple, mullerlight
Drinks -
Total syns= 18 :-(

Saturday

Lunch - x2 microwavable pizzas
Dinner - buffet chinese
Snacks - kit kat chunky and galaxy crumble

Total syns= ummm couldnt even hazard a guess - not feeling great today though!!

after an horrendous (food wise - but very good fun wise) weekend....i am needing to get back on track.

Monday 18th October

Breakfast

oats, milk and berries

Lunch

Thai chilli supernoodles
pineapple, banana and mullerlight vanilla and choc yoghurt

Dinner

thatched cottage pie (lean mince, onion, carrots, beans, beef stock, worcester sauce, potatoes, plain flour 1, 14g cheese 3)
fried pepper, courgette, mushrooms, leeks.

Snacks

strawberries, sweetener, natural yoghurt

Thursday 28th October

Breakfast -oats, milk, pineapple and banana

Snack - strawberries and muller

Lunch - pasta n sauce 1, tin of carrots in brine

Snack - berries and natural yoghurt

Dinner -3 quorn sausages, 1 potato slices and cooked in oven, stirfry pepper, leek, red onion, mushroom with dry veg stock and garlic.

Snack - 2 weetabix, milk, banana, alpen light bar 3

it wasnt until te evening i realised i hadnt had any meat - so i went a bit crazy and had another a and b. i felt like i ate too much today. as i was munching on my berries and yoghurt i realised i was eating them for the sake of, so i through the rest away. tomorrow is our month end (long day) so i have bought fresh pre packaged fruit and will have it without yoghurt.
