Im starting Extra Easy today!
Could someone please have a look at my planned food for today and point out any problems?

Apple & Mullerlight

Baked Potato & Baked Beans
Banana
Grapes

Spaghetti Bolognaise ( vlf mince, toms, peppers, onions, spaghetti)
LF Cheese A
1/6 lf bolognaise sause jar 3

2 small WM toast B
2 lf spread 2
2 marmalade 1

So, should I be trying to use all 15 syns each day?
It feels really strange, not to have to limit food!
So does this diet want you to eat as much food as possible? But obviously keeping it healthy?
It feels like I am eating all the time already! LOL!

There's a thread in the sticky section further up the page that will explain all about it. Think about it you could eat 300 calories of chocolate and half an hour later be looking for something else to eat because they are empty calories. BUt if you eat 300 calories of pasta, preferably wholemeal, with superfree veggies it will fill you up and keep you satisfied for a lot longer. And altough foods are free you shouldn't use that as an excuse to stuff your face - eat when truly hungry, not for any other reason, and stop when you are full.

Thanks! Ive already got lf cheese for sprinkling counted. Im sure I will be able to come up with something yummy to add! LOL!
