Messed up re-feed.. what now :(

Just looking for opinions really. Was going to go back to doing weight watchers diet after my refeed week.. Now i've totally messed up and eaten anything I could get my hands on (choco crisps.. u name it) for the first 2 days of refeed and am definitely totally out of ketosis. Was wondering should I attempt the rest of refeed week or just start weight watchers now..

thanks Clair.. I'll try that so. I just wasn't sure if it would be worth trying it again - as I'd eaten so many carbs in the first two days :cry:

Poor you. It can be so hard to resist. Continue with a refeed and try and stay strong and watch the carbs. You may crave them after your bingefest but keep up the water and it might help with the cravings. lots of luck
