Messed up :(

    Atkins
    So I did 4 days of induction then a night out screwed it all up and have been off Atkins for 5 days so completely undone it all :sigh:

    Stupid, stupid, stupid. Don't know why I sabotage myself like this :(

    So have been shopping, written a weeks menu and am back on the wagon tomorrow. I am guessing I can't lose much on induction since I am starting again after mucking up?

    I know all too well what this is like, the amount of times I have been on this diet and fallen off the wagon and alot of the time stayed off! It is so easily done, so don't beat yourself up you are only human after all.

    Yes I think you will definitely still lose after mucking up, just get back on it tomorrow and drink lots of water and I'm sure the weight will come off :)

    Yep just carry on as if nothing had happened. That's the best way.

    it happens to us all! Put it behind you and just carry on - getting back into it and carrying after blips will see you to goal. Don't be worrying about it!
