Mexican night!

I'm doing Fajitas tonight, but having SW wedges instead of wraps, salad and homemade salsa, natural yog instead of soured cream, and HEA for the cheese.

So would the chicken be free?

Also anyone know the syn value for Sol lager? I don't drink usually but these were £1 for 4, so it would be rude not to! I have about 24 syns saved plus 12 today.

Basic, Lager, basic, Premium, 250ml 7½ 7½ 7½ Basic, Lager, basic, Low alcohol, not more than 1.2% vol, 250ml 2½ 2½ 2½ Basic, Lager, basic, Alcohol free, not more than 0.05% vol, 250ml 2½ 2½ 2½ Basic, Lager, basic, Standard, 250ml 4½ 4½ 4½
Can't find Sol lager anywhere.
How are you cooking the chicken?Here is my recipe.
Chicken pieces
1 tsp lazy garlic
1 tsp lazy chilli
pinch oregano/mixed herbs
salt to season
couple sweeteners to taste
2 tins tomatoes whizzed
1/2 pint stock I use beef bovril.
place all in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer. cook until sauce reduced/evaporated and just coating chicken -depends how you like it. Serve.
you can use it on rice /noodles as well if ypu keep some sauce. syn free.

I'm having Mexican too and bought the fajita dried mix - 4.5 syns between 3 isn't too bad just got to stay away from the dips!
