How we all doing

Week 3 is well on its way and having a FAB time, just under 2 stone so looking forward to another weigh in on Monday, Had to go to the PUB today and couldn't stand a glass of horrible tap water as they had no mineral so had a coke Zero, was told it was ok by an ex LL member,

So have i missed much since i have been away for just over a week?

Anyone else heard about Coke Zero or have i just screwed things up :S

Well, have to move forward,

I am struggling with my social life, trying to fit this diet in around my life is a pain, especially concerned about next weekend as i have a large family reunion,

Don't worry about the Coke Zero Mark, though we're not meant to have it I'm pretty sure it won't mess it up on you - better than anything else you could have had!


Striving for slimness
I've heard cambridge members saying theyre aloud coke zero so I dont think it will hurt you, however we aren't aloud it on LL goes against the whole idea of abstaining from all food to learn the lessons we do, so unfortunately we have to stick to the above mentioned by corey. It is boring sometimes though, felt like a loony last night in a nightclub putting water flavouring into a soda water lol
If I'm in a pub and they have no mineral water then I just have soda water (this has the advantage of usually being free).

You can choose to see the diet as a pain and a restriction in your life or you can choose to see it as a brief interlude and the beginning of the rest of your life.

I've been to loads of different events whilst abstaining, the biggest being a meet of 37 of my friends in Blackpool last weekend. I did wobble and I did want to drink but I took a few deep breaths and reminded myself that I want to be slim more. A few glasses of wine would have been nice but wine will still be there when I've finished abstaining and I'm onto week 5 of RTM. :)
