Hi,
I'm new to this forum and just jumping in here! It is wonderful that you have tried so many diets. This means you know what works for you. And you're hardly a failure-look at all the weight you've lost. I like it that you keep starting again. Me too! Diets are a little like your one true love, is there really only one? As long as you stick to it long enough to lose weight and if you then change to another, what does it matter?

I'm starting a 30 day 'more rigorous than usual' diet to get on top of some sloppy eating habits over Easter.
