Congratulations on that huge loss :)

How have you found ww ? I have been doing sw for couple of years but stuck in a rut and keep swaying toward ww but worried I will be hungry.

I love ww, I tried many a diet over the years including sw, I didn't get on with it very well, got bored very quickly as I felt restricted & found I was always eating the same things.
Ww is my saviour, I don't feel restricted at all as nothing is off limits as long as it's pointed, it actually doesn't feel like a "diet" at all, i feel I have more control, I don't feel hungry at all, as I usually snack on fruit & low point treats, also I like to bulk out meals with 0pp salad & veg..

I'm at a stage where I'm so bored of the plan,feel totally restricted in my choices as the syn values of things seem so high it's hard to incorporate a decent treat into the daily allowance.

Need to give it some serious thought. Appreciate your feedback and your weight loss on ww is so inspiring :)
 
Had a pk of revels earlier on 5pp so that's 6/49 weeklies used, really enjoyed them haven't had them in ages, my son had them in one of his Easter eggs & he doesn't like them, so obviously I had to treat myself lol

L 17pp used, roast beef 5pp carrot & swede mash 0pp broccoli 0pp, stuffing 5pp roast potatos 4pp Yorkshire pudding x2 3pp 1serving bouillion gravy 0pp yum & I'm stuffed

Well I'm off for a swim in about 20 mins,

Didn't have breakfast as such today as had another lazy day, back to normal tomorrow sadly :-(

Brunch 10pp used: 2 reduced fat sausages 5pp, egg 2pp mushrooms 0pp, onions 0pp 2 slices ww bread 3pp

Dinner 6pp used: ww tuna in Mayo 2pp, pasta (90g cooked weight) 4pp, peppers, onion 0pp

Fruit in bag for after my swim

Will update later with what I used my remaining 10pp on but sure I will have something else later especially after swimming :)

Well enjoyed my swim yesterday & treated myself to a mc chicken sandwich 10pp haven't had one in agesssss & it was yummy :-D

Today is wi day, not expecting anything off as I feel really bloated, & it's THAT totm,

25pp/26pp used so far

So far I've had my breakfast 35g frosties 4pp 1 serving of 1% fat milk 1pp, strawberries 0pp

Prob have a tuna salad for lunch 4pp
fruit 0pp

And it will be home-made chicken kebabs in wraps for tea 1x wrap 3pp chicken 8pp tomato onion peppers garlic, chilli sauce 1pp
Meringue nest 1pp apple, pineapple, blueberries, ww yogurt 1pp

Snacks
Strawberries, grapes mango with 30g choc phily 2pp

Been out of sorts this week, lost 0.5lbs when I went to wi on fri, feeling very bloated & sluggish & haven't eaten very much all wk, going to toby carvery for lunch today only had 1 piece of toast for brekkie, hopefully will feel a little better soon ?

Well I did perk up a bit had a lovely lunch at tobys was very good & bulled it out with veg, came home & I have now had 3 slices pizza hut for tea oops anyway just a blip enjoyed it & will b back on it tomorrow as well as the gym :)
