Do I count the points for my glass of milk? (Skimmed)
And if I've had a blow-out is it better to just stick to my points as normal, or eat less points the next day? (i.e. if I overeat 4 points, eat 4 points less the next day.)
Oooh somehow I counted my milk as 3 points instead of 1.5ish (I have 400ml skimmed - about 0.75 pints - with my morning milkshake )
At least, the 'spaghetti' book has skimmed milk at 1 point per half pint.
So my blow-out yesterday was 4.5 points over, instead of 6
And I have 1.5 extra points I've made up for today
So I should be all sorted by the end of tomorrow
I always try and pull back if Ive gone over my points, if its doable Id give it a go, if youre only 4 over you could pull back one point for the next 4 days, that might be easier for you than all 4 at once
