Milk jelly like your gran used to make.........calling all good cooks out there lol

Hi guys

Ive been fancying some milk jelly so I thought I would give it ago...... I done 3/4 pt of sf jelly and let it go cold then added 1/4pt of skimmed milk thinking that would work.....how wrong was i!

Why does the milk go all odd and split like ??

2 packets of jelly later still no milk jelly lol boo :sigh:

What the heck is milk jelly? Gosh I can't think of anything worse lol! Two of the "foods" I just cannot abide.

Even easier way - make the 3/4 pint of jelly and allow to cool , whisk in a mullerlight and leave to set - nommylicious!! xx
