Milk syns

Apologies if this has been posted somewhere. I may have gone batty and can't see it.

I'm doing an EE day today. I've used up my HeA option for cheese. Does anyone know the syn value for skimmed milk?

i dont off the top of my head but 350ml is a healthy a amount and healthy extras are usually 6 syns each so thats my rational estimate

Excellent, that makes a lot of sense. I knew the HeB's are roughly 6 syns but it hadn't occurred to me to look at other HeA's. D'Oh!!!!

This was my worry with EE - love cheese and would really miss it!
Pint carton of skimmed milk is 9 syns
or
you can syn a couple of dashes of milk for your morning cuppas at half a syn each

I'm only having it in coffees - probably 4 white coffees through the day - so that's wonderful

Milk is the one thing I refuse to count, I have unlimited milk for 1 HEXA, and if I dont lose weight then tuff lol.

We only drink skimmed milk though and only have it in brews
