minced beef

I buy packs of extra lean mince from ASDA for £2 if this helps. They sometimes have it on offer with other items for 3 for £5 and I find that is good value.

I don't know how you would manage browning off mince before making meatballs as I tend to make mine from raw mince mixed with onions, egg and breadcrumbs etc. Wouldn't pre browned mince be too crumbly? Just wondering :confused:
 
I used to buy the "lean" mince and my losses slowed down and didnt realise that it is synned.

So stopped eating it for a while and now I only buy the "extra lean" which is free.

If you are eating the "lean" mince and are still losing weight then continue to use it as it obvisouly doesnt effect you (as long as you drain the fat off).
