Mini Goals all the way..............................

I am gonna try & do this one mini goal at a time.

Start Weight 12st 12.5lbs

Mini Goal - Lose 7lbs

I think I always look at the final weight I want to be & find it really unachievable so I just quit.

Anyway today has been my first day on the plan - Had a good day used 5.5 Syns.

I'm finding it quite difficult this week - I am off work so have been meeting with friends & family & the temptations have been setting in!!

I have managed ok so far on Monday I bought Pepsi Max, Bananas & Sushi so that when it was time to eat I already had my lunch with me.

Today I met a friend for lunch & I had a Baked Tattie with Tuna Mayo & a Salad.

Tomorrow I am meeting my Mum again so I am going to make up some Tuna Pasta to take with me & I will take some fruit aswell.

God I am being so good I just hope this lasts.

Yay managed today only using 6syns - That was the light salad cream in my tuna pasta.

When I got home I made the most amazing salad aswell - Ham, Lettuce, Onion, Sweetcorn, Ryvita, Philli Chilli Light - It was delish.

Made some curry loaf & ate 4 slices of that so had no dinner - Ooops

Then had a muller light with some grapes.

So I am still on the wagon yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Gah first mistake realised I have been using the Philli Light Chilli & Pepper as my HEA & its only the plain one you should be using - Oh well I will start getting the plain one once my flavoured ones run out.

Ok so lost 1.5lbs this week!

This leaves me 5.5lbs to get to my first Mini Goal.

Start weight 12st 12.5lbs - Current Weight 12st 11lbs
