Mini Goals

Hi everyone When I read through some of the posts, I saw many people used 'mini goals' and I decided to try this myself. Wow, what a difference that has made! My first 'mini goal' was to get through SS for 1 whole day (did it), the second was to get into ketosis (did it, day 3), and the third was to get back into the 14st mark (did it today, day 4, lost 8lbs in 4 days!!!!). It feels such an achievement setting these little goals and achieving them...much easier than those huge unrealistic ones. I have made some other little ones (like getting through a barbeque on Sunday and losing another 5lbs etc etc), but wonder if anyone has any other ideas for little goals that I can use as, apart from now losing the weight, I am getting stuck!!
