Mini quiches with tuna

Preparation :
10 minutes Cooking : 30 to 35 minutes For 2 people PP
Phase




Ingredients


3 eggs
6 table spoons of low fat Quark
1 can of tuna
Salt and pepper



Mix the eggs and Quark, then
season with salt and pepper. Fill moulds 2/3 full with tuna (in
each compartment), then cover with the mixture. Cook at 180è°C
for 30 to 35 minutes.

Hiya-these recipes are from the dukan website-im trying to copy most interested ones into here for people to use and say how they get on...however having just had half a can with some quark mixed into a salad id probably say a normal tin...you know the small ones? see how far it goes...its all pretty dependant on the size of your ramekins (ahem!!) xx
 
I dont know if it works/how tasty it is...but it strikes me as a good one for a cheap meal on dukan which can be costly...ill be trying this out soon, x
 
Yeah it can be really expensive! Sounds like something you can just create from your cupboard which is handy x

I've been creating many new and inventive dishes with tuna, eggs & cottage cheese (being pescatarian my choices are limited)! I'm so happy to be onto the cruise phase, I REALLY missed my vegies last week!
