Mini_mog's sw weight loss diary

Ee again. Day 5 minus scales! It's hard tbh.

B- porridge (heb, part hea), banana, coffee, water.

Break- French fries (4), clementine

L- 3 egg, cheese & bacon muffins, 2 clementines, apple, mullerlight.

D- chicken stir fry (onions, peppers, bean sprouts, baby corn, mushrooms, last night's roast chicken, soy sauce, curry powder, straight to wok noodles-1.5. Rest for lunch tomorrow).

Options white hot choc-2

Supper- sf jelly, ww yog (1).

Total syns-8.5

its killing me! but ive made it through another day and i cant get them now without waking up my little girl and they are under a chest of drawers in her room just opposite her cot.

i think ill last till wi now:)

Although having said that I haven't dared look since the weekend when it said 4on!! I'll wait till WI too

Lol, not weighing is nice in a way cos I'm not fixated on what they say everyday:)
 
Wow, what a grey miserable morning! Luckily my mood does not match and I'm feeling quite cheery this morning:)

Anyway, food! It's ee again.

B- porridge (hea &b), banana, coffee, water.

Break- ww yog, clementine

L- last nights stir fry (1.5), 2 clementines, apple.

D- gammon steak, fried egg, chips, big pile veggies! Edit- didn't fancy that so we're having cauldron sausages (1), sw chips, veggies.

Supper- Goan curry rice crackers (4- I think), raspberry sf jelly (1)

Syns- 8.5

Tomorrow is the miss slinky party at sw and I don't know what to take. Could do mini cheese quiche muffins but would mean going to supermarket tonight. Suppose I should make an effort really! I may make pakoras instead as I have the ingredients at home and someone else will take quiche as they always do.

Edit- day 6 of no weighing!

I love the taster nights, they are really fun and it's a change from going round talking about who's lost what.

I've made pete's pakoras from his recipe I found a while ago on here. I wrote it down as I liked the sound of them.

I don't think I'll win it but you never know! My friend was canvassing for votes for me last week!
 
Weigh in tonight and I'm nervous! Argh! Just hope I get a loss, half a pound would be enough, I've tried so hard this week. To be honest I'd even settle for a maintain, just desperately don't want another gain. I'd be so sad if it was and due to it being day 7 of not weighing I haven't a clue what to expect!

Today is ee

It's an award for a person who is inspiring at group (what we're doing). Some groups are running it as an award for a woman who has slimmed down with sw and now looks amazing and has more confidence. Some groups on here are dressing up but that's not been mentioned at ours.

thanks for this, I kept on seeing different sites talking about Miss Slinky, My class has not done this, I may suggest it as there is one of the girls there that has lost 3.5st and is always there to re-assure and speak words of wisdom to the rest of us.

Well.... 1lb off and I was voted the group's miss slinky 2011!!

Final was quite funny, it was me and a man! Lol!

Had a few chocolates to celebrate. Gone over my syns but it's the best night to do it.
