    Wednesday: EE

    B: 2 poached eggs, 2 bits bacon, 1/2 tin beans
    L: tomato pasta n sauce, chicken bits, onions, mushrooms, peppers. banana
    D: turkey mince burger, wrapped in 2 bits bacon, handful small potatoes. 1/2 melon, ww yoghurt.

    Hex A: milk for tea
    Hex B: slice w/m bread (800g) loaf

    pkt french fries 4.5
    fudge 6
    alpen lite bar 3
    tsp l/f spread 1

    B: ww yoghurt, banana, 1/3 small melon
    L: turkey burger, bacon slice, l/f supernoodles.
    D: turkey burger, bacon slice, mashed potatoes. Mullerlight

    Hex A: milk
    Hex B: 2 alpen lite.

    snacks: grapes, galia melon.

    Philadelphia Ritz snack - 6

    L: pasta n sauce
    D: out for dinner and had
    potato skins with garlic mayo
    pork chop, potato and veg
    2 scoops ice cream

    6 vodka's, 4 white wine.

    Treating today as flexi syns.

    Thursday: EE (not so good day)

    B: slice w/m toast (Hex B), 2 poached egg, 1tsp flora light (1 syn)
    L: Out for lunch: chicken mayo ciabatta with wedges, side salad
    D: spaghetti, bolognese (not low fat mince and home made sauce):eek: too tired to cook SW meal as only had 2 hrs sleep after nightshift and was late getting home from kids show.

    Syns: strawberry/vanilla cornetto, solero smoothie.
