L: Chick & Mushroom pasta n sauce, mushroom, sweetcorn. 4 tangerines
D: Baked potato, beans, 28g cheese (hex a).
S: Banana
Syns: 3 celebration chocs (?) choc crunch biccie (?) need to check syns.
Skimmed milk (hex a).

I know I've had too many bananas but hadn't been shopping.

All thoughts, guidance welcomed.

B: Banana, 2 eggs scrambled
S: 2 slices bread (2 hex b), banana
L: Baked potato, sweetcorn, 28g cheese (hex a), 3 tangerines.
D: Baked potato, beans, 14g cheese (.5 hex a).
Other .5 hex a used on skimmed milk.
Syns: 2 rich tea (4), 2 ww choc mouse (11).

L: Asda minute mash (1 syn), beans.
s: Grapes, tunnocks caramel log (6).
D: Marshalls cheesy macaroni, 42g lf cheese (hex a)
S: Melon, apple, 1 digestive (3.5).
