I have tried to buy these boots at least a dozen times! They kept saying in stock and every time I added to basket - sold out. Annoying. But today, they finally were in stock after 5 months! Xx

Yay for the boots! I'm eyeing up a dress to go to a wedding in in september and hoping their £144 price tag will be reduced by then, as well as the size I need. Love dresses with boots. Oh so easy!

Glad you have more lemon uses. Sliced and put in a cold drink is a winner for me.

Scan bran failed to fill me or move me so I don't bother with it either. Lentils usually help people go. Beans and pulses are good for Ye ol' poop shoot.

Food update - pesto 3 syns, chicken 4, veg 2, mikado 1. Total 10 and half a HexA to nibble on - seeing as I will have 15g cheddar

So much for low syns but pah, I'm allowed 15!

The veg - wow. Super quick and tastes so good, I'll happily make them for lunch when I'm home and add mushrooms and chicken as an all in one dish, the flavour was just so nice. I want it again already! Xx

I don't suppose you've been to the Toby carvery in Crawley have you Minks? Not sure if its one to avoid?

this is the one from the Asia cook book but to be honest, I reckon the mag one would be just as nice! I haven't eaten at the Toby in years, I work just round the corner and have been in for drinks and it's always busy. When you thinking of going? I think my brothers been recently so I can ask him? Xx

'twas the Asia book my lovely, but there is a recipe in one of the recent mags. The vegetables though... Just simply amazing xx
