Is it still wine oclock?x
Yes that makes sense and as long as you are ok with it then cool....unlike your sunburn ouch!Ha ha! No! Just got in from playing badminton actually.
Yesterday was awful. Great day, awful syn wise. The boy and I shared a mezze platter which was pitta, falafel, flat bread, houmous, salsa, tzatziki and summin else for lunch. I had about 7 bottles of sol, 2 pimms, nipped home to change and scoffed a cheese and ham white roll. Soooo good. Went out for my friends birthday and had 2 double vodkas, 3 cocktails and a jager bomb. Got pretty tired and hungry so left at midnight and grabbed a chicken burger and chips and a piece of fried chicken. Finger lickin good!
Today I have had half a punnet of pineapple, plate of spinach and ricotta pasta with cheese and a lemon mousse. Gain train or what?!
Rest of the day is going to be spent chilling watching the voice, going to cook a curry - part of RSC and 12 week challenge - which I'm really looking forward to. Oh and going to have a slice of pizza in a minute. Lazy and full fat weekend. I needed it if I'm honest. Was starting to get itchy fingers for a full on binge I feel this has been a far more controlled way to have an indulgent weekend food wise than going completely overboard and gorging on EVERYTHING that I would normally have done a couple of years ago. Make sense?! Xx

Was a jamie oliver one. Its probably something I done wrong or the spices not being ground properly xxWhat a shame, what recipe was it?
I think I'll have to purchase one, don't know why I haven't got one before considering how much I like to cook and use spices! Xxsounds like a fab weekend, you have to let loose once in a while!
Might be worth getting a pestle and mortar, could make all the difference to that recipe. I use one to make up a cajun style coating for chicken, haven't used it for much else mind you lol. wasn't expensive tho.
