Looks dull and uninteresting, boy it was anything but. Chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander, mint, soy sauce... just amazing flavours xx

It looks far from dull. Wish I had some of that yumminess in my tummy right now!!

Have been totally loving being back on plan and the last 3 red days have been delicious. So I'll chuck in a green day tomorrow 'cause lordy I've got a craving after the weekends mezze board!

Tomorrows lunch is going to be a fat feast of falafel (cauldron morrocan spiced bites, 1 syn each), toasted pitta HexB, homemade houmous which I'll make in a min, homemade tzatziki, carrot sticks and roasted peppers. Is it lunch time yet?!

Back to today tho... I had 1 syn with the bbq chicken on crispbread, lunch stir fry, nana on crispbread this arvo, 1 brazil nut(so small I'm counting it has half a syn!), cherries dipped in coconut greek yogurt half a syn. Then I had 2 quorn scotch eggs when I got in 5 syns. Total 7.

Gonna make me hummy and tzatziki and then crack on with dinner.

Head isn't feeling so stuffy although more drama at work today - someone walked out after a huge bust up with another member of staff so god knows whats going on there. Drama blinking central.

if you like the convenience of the coil, but feel the merena is messing with your head, it might be worth discussing with your doc about getting the copper coil instead. I opted for that myself recently and my Doc said it wasn't a common request most people take the merena, but the copper coil has no hormones and I liked the idea of having something that didn't manipulate my body that way.

Jeepers! My friend just sent me a pic of us on my birthday last year and although I've only lost about 2 stone the difference is phenomenal!!

Whens your birthday Minks, how long ago was this? 2 stone is a lot and the difference is amazing and you have lost nearly 5x that :eek: :girlpower:

That was december, week before xmas!! I can't remember what I weighed then and can't be naffed to find my book but the difference in... well everything shows. Face, arms, boobage, legs... the works! Xx

THEN I look at what you've been cooking today and ohhhhhhh emmmmm geeeeee…. looks fabulous and as for the before XMas and now pictures… you look amazing.

You must be so proud of yourself and well if you're are not then give yourself a shake! :p

I've still got to do the roasted cauli! Hubby wasn't happy having asparagus tonight says it makes his pee horrible lol x
Roast cauli is gorge! I have a recipe for roast cauliflower houmous too which looks lovely and I want to try. And tell th hubby to suck it up, asparagus rocks! Xx

Ah so glad you enjoyed it! I thought the same and will be using it for baked fish too, reckon it'll be lovely with seabass or a thick cod fillet.

And thank you too :) I always like looking at comparison pics but this one was a shocker because I 'thought' I was slimmer at xmas, clearly not as slim as now! Have a fab evening too sweetie xx

Breakfast huge mushroom omelette hexa cheddar
Lunch jalapeño houmous, tzatziki, salsa 1 syn, falafel 4 syns, mini bread sticks 2 syns, pitta hexb
Dinner San Fran blackened chicken and Quinoa Salad - HexB chicken, HexA feta

Snackage - banana, apple, cherries.

I have some sharon fruit (random whoopsie buy!), any one know if its nice or how to eat it??? Xx
