Good idea!
I tend to switch between extra easy n green days. Having a good first day back on plan :) x

I tried my first red day an actually found it harder than the other 2! I started on EE but prefer green now - easier on the wallet I find too. Will have a look at your food diary and hope to see some yummy pics soon! X

Going for EE today so I can have a fat portion of shepherds pie. Sometimes I forget to take pics but usually only a mouthful or 2 in. It's become such a habit!!
Go munch your way through the hangover and have a long soak in a bubble bath. Hope you feel better soon xx

Do you just make out little flat circles with the mixture? Can't wait to try these!

You can roll it out or just press it down (which I did) to whatever thickness. I got little bits of the dough, rolled into a ball and squashed flat.

Some people roll them out and use pastry cutters or cookie cutters to get them looking better. Up to you really! So simple though and can be knocked up quickly. Xx
