Ah cheers chick, I find keeping a diary helps me keep on it and I take pictures of all my meals - helps me remember what I've eaten :D

Good luck with it and if you have any questions feel free to shout! Takes a bit to get your head round some things but it will become second nature soon enough! I'll keep my eyes out for you xx

Hey Tig! The carbonara was gorgeous and so easy. I love creamy pasta but 'natch can't use cream so Philly light and some water or stock really is an amazing alternative. Enjoy :) xx

Hey rubyruby!

Peruse at your leisure :)

Food looking good, but remember on a green day you can have 2 HexA and HexB. And secondly the sausages will probably be higher in syns due to them being meat. I use tesco lighter ones that are 1 syn on red or EE but on green they are 4 syns each. But seeing as you haven't had any others you are covered!

Make sure you drink plenty of fluid on green days because the fibre intake will shock the system and you *could* become very erm, bunged up in the tummy area :D

Ask as many questions as you want! That's what we are here for - to help each other. Good luck tomorrow and pop by any time!

oo have you got a recipe for the carbonara and how many syns would it be for a green day.. hmm love it but havnt had it for ages

Syn free charleybabes! Well, if using te Philly light as a HexA. I just "fried" off mushrooms n onions while pasta is cooking. When done, add to the veg and whack your Philly light in. I added some of the pasta water rather than stock to thin the cheese, when at a thinner consistency crack 2 eggs in and turn off the heat or they will scramble!

Stir through till they are cooked by the heat of everything else - couple of mins and serve! I added a HexB of chicken and some people add smoked bacon. Lush. Enjoy!! Xx
