I am beyond impressed, you're the second person who when I see their after pictures and it says you still have weight to lose I can't help but think where from? (other was Jenna88). I am really pleased to see that it took time to get there but you kept at it as I tend to lose a lb or sts most weeks, your pictures help remind me it's soooooo worth all those little losses. I shall be checking out your journey as well to see if there are some handy tips/ideas for me to take onboard. Well done for your amazing transformation and also bravery in sharing it all.

I got it! Down to 11.3 now after a 6lb loss tonight, one stone to target (and only 3 away from my 9.5 stone!)

OMG!! well done! you need to update those mini goals now you're wearing a 12 dress, have lost OVER 9 stone and are oh so close to 9 and a half! who'd have thought pimps and porn were so slimming and that dress is gorgeous!

you must be beyond excited, I am excited for you so you are probably making the Cheshire cat envious of your grin! and with bloody good reason, it just proves several things : the plan WORKS! you can achieve anything if you want and work for it enough, even when you hit a really low point along the way you can bounce back and with a bang! and lastly you were destined to be a teeny tiny SIZE 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!! *I only ever tried a size 12 once, fell right off my pretty little size 4 foot *

WOW - massive round of applause. I am sat eating my breakfast with a tear running down my face - would love to say I had hayfever but so pleased for you couldn't hold it back. You have achieved an amazing thing - I hope you are so proud of yourself. You look stunning. As little miss (sorry cant see name now) said the plan works. Every point in your post is so true and it really is crazy to think that I am the one that this is all about! I would never have thought 2 years ago that I would be fitting into a size 12 and it astounds myself that I can. You probably get asked this all of the time, but was it literally just sticking to SW that worked? Did you exercise? How many syns would you have a day? Did you ever eat our or get take away etc? Any advice or tips would be much appreciated!
