Sunday, EASTER OH NO!!!!!

TERRIBLE DAY !

alpen light for healthy extra and some milk.

Half a chocolate egg and choc creme egg.

doner kebab and chips but had 3 bites and felt sick!!? so wasted my money and feeling guilty grr!

on the straight and narrow from no on though!
 
Monday:
Breakfast - aplen light bar
lunch - white bread with ham and butter (tiny triangles i had 3 ) around abouts 7 syns.
dinner - light choice lasagne 8 syns
