    So I've decided to put my diary on here to see if anyone can see anything I could be doing to push my losses up a little bit,

    So starting tomorrow get ready for some exciting Reading...........mmmmm maybe!

    Hi Minxymoo, Good thing to get your diary up and running...Now comes the hard part .. keeping to a real diet or better term - a healthy eating regime.

    Hope you will find this helpful as I am sure you will if you post as often as poss and put your feelings as well as your food intake down. Of course any other goss would be most welcome... lol!

    so yesterday was start of new week and wi day, so i best start there then!

    breakfast

    banana 0
    ww berrybar 2
    ww banoffee bar 2

    lunch
    3 ryvita 2
    cottage cheese/pinapple 100g 2
    wafer thin chicken 3 slices 1
    6 bby plum tomatos 0
    1/2 tbspn light salad cream 0
    danone delight chocolate 3

    dinner
    ww magazine recipe
    pasta bolognaise bake 13(i had an extra bit of coopers)
    extra veg in mine carrot broccoli green beans 0
    orange 0

    snacks
    curly wurly 3
    rich toffee bar 2

    milk in tea 1/8 pnt 1

    3 cups of tea, 2.5 bottles of water drunk
    daily used 31/29
    weekly 2/49

    activity 90 mins in garden mowing weeding and chasing kids 4
    ive given 4 cos it was on and off not continous

    i track it all on my i touch

    wednesday 27th july,

    i knew the school holidays were going to be difficult, ive got 3 boys, aged 1, 8 and 15 and we live in a 2 bed flat, luckily we have a garden so i can chuck them out there when i need some piece and quiet, but was so miserable, and the elder two started on each other......so i went for a walk to the post office and let them get on with it!
    had my hair cut, and some sexy false lashes put on, got a couple of parties on saturday, kiddies one in the afternoon, seeing people i havent seen since before starting the plan and hoping for some astounded faces, then a family 30th in the evening....and yes im making a cake,

    so food diary for wednesday

    breakfast

    1/2 white bagel 3
    1/2 tspn clover 0
    1 tbspn philly light 1

    lunch

    cooper tends to feed me dinner while he is eating, hence weird quantitys of things, but still counting them,

    Sorry haven't updated, had a manic day yesterday, which resulted in me only having about 21 points!!! Not good, although I did have fruit which filled me up,
    Been making a cake and got two parties(eekkkkk)
    Be back tomorrow to get up to date x

    my neighbour decided to wake me up at 1.30 to complain about the
    noise coming from my flat, when we were all in bed fasto!!!
    so had a row with her during the day, which led to a complete loss of appetite! i must get angry more often!

    phew caught up with 3 days, that will teach me!!

    a gigantuan feast!!!! i may have overestimated on some points!! cos im pretty sure i didnt have a whole portion of popcorn, but its probably swings and roundabouts

    Was a lovely day, a princess and monster party, I was indeed a princess, fitting into a size 16 dress I brought 3 years ago and not having to undo the zip

    I've never used my activity points on food, as I never use all my weeklies, get to about 2-3 left so don't break into activity ones,

    Here is a picture of my youngest son, Cooper, dressed as a wookie!!
