what smashing weather we are having,
so diary for monday, ...keeping it a bit light (ha ha ha ha) cos i weigh in on a tuesday morning

monday 1st august

mowing front garden 3
also consisted of trimming the bushes,
piling my car with rubbish for the dump,
emptying the other end,
and helping bayley ride his new bike!!
so a busy 1st week of the holidays
and im hoping the scales will be kind to me. im still hoping for my 3 targets

if i lose 1.5 i get my third silver 7
if i lose 2.5 ive done my 10%
and if i lose 3 im in the 13s!!!

come on emma!!!

Lost 4.5 lb!!!

Making a total of 24 lb since beginning in may this year!

I got my 3rd 7, my 10% key ring and I'm now in the 13's
My target was to be there by august and I did it, I'm so proud of myself, haven't been in this range since having Zack 15 years ago!!
 
Thought I may put a before and after shot up x ( honest I'm not vain at all, in fact I hate having my pic taken!)

I've lost 24lb Jem, nearly as much as you lol,
 
2nd week of diary- weight now 13st 12lb
new mini target to get in 12st range by october if not before!!

tuesday 2nd august

well it was weigh in, and i wont bleat on but i did pretty damn well xx
had a little snackthon today though, but will work had rest of the week to make up for it, and if you cant pig out after being weighed, when can you,
also had a little nibble on bread which ive managed to avoid for weeks!! being fed a bit of english muffin by cooper, and getting the craving for it, so i succumbed (sic) and it was nice, but boy! did i pay with the burping starting within minutes of having it!

And just done my measurements for the first time in weeks, since may I have lost
11.5 cm from my waist
14cm from my hips
17 cm from my breasts (I did stop breast feeding too)
5.5 cm off my arms
5 cm of my thighs

I actually don't have big legs so am amazed I lost from there, but goes to show it's disappering!!

Clothes shopping I'm thinking!
 
well the snacking just kept happening!! but pointed it ALL and will try and curb it for rest of week!!

so you see. bit of a snackfest for me...no real reason, it was there and i needed it, been good today though..so far, but thursday and friday are my cleaning days so i tend to be busy,
and its school holidays, normally i get cooper dressed and go for a walk, but having to sort the other two is taking a toll, ill just keep looking at my big 12 on the fridge and remember what im aiming for!

why oh why do thursday and friday pass by so quickly!! it gets to saturday, and ive two days to catch up on!!

managed to calm the snacking down, thursday and friday are my busy days so maybe thats good, and im using lots of energy and gaining those ap's

so catch up time!!
