Attack Mishmash attack

Well done my 1st day today. In hindsight perhaps I should have done more prep and more shopping before starting but hey ho.

Yogurt for breakfast, chicken and yogurt for lunch, snacked on crab sticks and meatballs for dinner. Was planning to go to Bikram Yoga tonight but the riots put paid to that idea. Maybe tomorrow.

Have a slight headache, but think that is stress related rather than anything to do with the diet.

Not enjoying the frequent trips to the bathroom though - I have to say.

I can if I think I can.
Hi Mishmash and here's to lots of future weight loss. I've been following dukan now for two weeks and now I'm getting used to it I think it's great.

The people here are great - any queries and they answer very quickly.

I found as my body gets used to lots of liquid I don't need to go as often as I did at the start.

Good luck and I look forward to following your progress! :jelous:

Headaches are fairly common during the first few days, mishmash, just to set your mind at ease. It's actually kind of a good sign as it means that you're going into ketosis, I believe. Shouldn't last too long and you should feel pretty good once it clears.

Back on the Dukan wagon!
Hi Mishmash,
Good luck with Attack and please stay safe during the riots. :(

I hope so. Pre diet I would only have one or two drinks a day so this is a massive influx of liquids for me. I have had to set an hourly reminder to tell myself to have a glass of water. Thanks for the encouragement.
it will ease up , but just think everytrip is more weight lost
Well attack phase done and dusted. I have been weighing myself everyday and pleased to see the scales drop 1pm everyday - so far so good.

Have finally managed to buy the oat bran. Tried the galette recipe from the book. Not a fan so spindled some on my mince, which I think is going to be the way to go.

Looking forward to introducing veg back into my diet - who knew I could miss carrots and spinach this much.

It's going to be a difficult weekend as I have 3 birthdays to celebrate, including my own Going to try and stick to the diet as much as possible but I see a few drinks in my future. Here's hoping I don't put every pound back on again.
