Well done my 1st day today. In hindsight perhaps I should have done more prep and more shopping before starting but hey ho.
Yogurt for breakfast, chicken and yogurt for lunch, snacked on crab sticks and meatballs for dinner. Was planning to go to Bikram Yoga tonight but the riots put paid to that idea. Maybe tomorrow.
Have a slight headache, but think that is stress related rather than anything to do with the diet.
Not enjoying the frequent trips to the bathroom though - I have to say.
