    I thought i'd start a dukan diary. The title is not very original but never mind.:)

    I have been doing the Cambridge diet, which I have done for nearly 7 weeks, and have lost 2 stone but I need a change, and I want to start Dukan tomorrow.
    I have had the book for a week or so and have been looking at the dukan forum for a little while.
    I still have lots of weight to lose, but I set small goals. I am currently about 15 stone 10 ish and I want to get to 15 stone by the first of November.
    Hope to chat to other dukan dieters soon :)

    Hey Miss R...welcome to Dukan :)

    Have you worked out your true weight on the dukan site?...it also tells you how long you need to attack/cruise for :)...

    Thanks everyone, I think it says to do 5 days on attack.
    I'm looking forward to doing dukan but I have decided to put off starting it for now.
    I better use my cambridge supplies up first but I will be back!
    In the meantime I will try and get the jist of Dukan ready for when I start.
